Consultations are free and last for about 15 minutes, maybe a little
longer for technical services, bridal packages and extensions.

This is a good opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you like.
Photos of styles or colours you like are always encouraged!

We will discuss with you in depth your hair history, your inspirations
and expectations, your haircare routine, any problems or difficulties
you would like help with, what is achievable, and how much your service
will be.

Each client is made aware of how much each service will cost. However,
changing the colour, or correcting your hair colour can be complicated
and not as straightforward as we hope. How to get the effect you want
depends on an individual’s natural colour, previous home or salon
colours, thickness, length and condition. Sometimes we cannot anticipate
underlying pigments needing correcting.

​Because of this we encourage anyone thinking of a change to have a
strand test along with their consultation and patch test before their
appointment. We can then quote a definite price without any surprises on
the day.
