Karolina went over and above to fit me in for a trim 2 weeks before my scheduled appointment, as I was going into hospital for surgery and was not sure how long my recovery was going to be.

Charlotte has cut and styled my hair different to last time at my wishes . Again she’s made a brilliant job exactly how I wanted it done .
She explained everything as she went along to what she was doing and was asking if I was happy .
